Dealers, make plans to participate in Minnesota Stamp Expo 2025, an official APS World Series of Philately show. Dealers who have previously participated in the show will receive a reservation form by mail or email in January 2025. A dealer application will also be available for download in January 2025.

Previous participating dealers will be given priority for a table at Minnesota Stamp Expo 2025, providing they submit an application and a $100 down payment by May 1, 2025. Tables will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Send your completed reservation form and down payment to:

Final payment is due June 15, 2025.

All dealers must have a
Minnesota Sales Tax Permit (MN Form ST-19) and it must be shown to the Bourse Chair prior to setup. If you do not have a sales tax permit number, you MUST apply for one by contacting: Minnesota Sales & Use Tax; St. Paul, MN 55146-1120. They may be reached by phone at 800-657-3777, or visit the Minnesota Department of Revenue website.

No sub-letting of tables is allowed. Dealers must provide their own table cloths for front tables and additional lighting as necessary. All tables must be staffed during show hours; no early outs without permission of the Bourse Chair.

We promote the show with mailings to all Minneapolis/St. Paul area stamp collectors and advertisements in local papers. If you wish a business card size advertisement in the show program, please check the box on the Dealer Application form. We will contact you in May for your print-ready advertisement. The cost will be $30.

A show silent auction will be held during the show. Dealers with a table may place up to 50 lots in the auction. Contact the Bourse Chair for details.

Security will be provided during and after show hours starting Friday. A guard will be provided during show hours. After closing, a motion/security system will be set with the Crystal Police. As always, dealers are COMPLETELY responsible for their stamps and supplies. A Dealer cannot hold the Minnesota Stamp Expo, Inc., its directors and officers, sponsoring clubs, or the Crystal Community Center responsible for loss or damage.
